New York Infection Control

To assure that licensed, registered, or certified health professionals comply with the Infection Control Training as mandated by the New York legislature, Chapter 786 of the Laws of 1992 and revised in 2008. This mandate includes the core requirements of the New York State Department of Health and the goals of the mandated education.
