Human Trafficking

The purpose of this (2) hour course is to provide information to healthcare professionals about human trafficking. An overview of the problem, identification and interventions for victims of human trafficking will be discussed.

By the end of this course, you will have the skills to:

✔️ Describe risk factors for becoming victims of human trafficking and how to identify victims.

✔️ Explain community resources available to assist victims of human trafficking.

✔️ Discuss reporting of human trafficking victim’s legal implications.
